• Representing a major South Florida developer in connection with a ground lease agreement for approximately 40 acres to be redeveloped and constructed in phases under bifurcated leases.
• Representing a proposed tenant on ground leases for submerged lands, uplands and marina facilities located in St. Maarten.
• Representing an international airport developer and retailer in negotiations with Miami-Dade County over a master developer/lease agreement for certain retail areas of Miami International Airport.
• Representing a national bank as tenant in connection with a lease for its 80,000 square foot headquarters.
• Representing an international law firm as a tenant in connection with a lease of approximately 50,000 square feet.
